Dear Sirs,

I have a domain 30jours.org which is actually hosted by another company. However, originally I wanted to transfer the domain to your hosting service. I no longer want to transfer the domain to your service for practical reasons. However, with your service 30jours.org is now listed as the principal domain.

I also have a sub domain called tzedek.info
I would like for this to become the principal domain on your hosting service and simply eliminate "30jours.org" from your service completely since it is actually hosted elsewhere and I am finally happy for that arrangement to continue.

How can this be done?

Hello Victor_H,

Thank you for your question. What you want, is a primary domain change, here is a link helpful article here in our support center titled How do I change the primary domain on my account?

I also sent you an email titled "Changing Your Primary Domain Name," which provides further information. You can also read and reply to that email with your request. This will create a ticket, and we will email you back upon completion.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
