I can not transfer my domain

Dear Sir,
I have purchased the domain alestshary.com through sedo.com; I like to move to it webhostinghub account, as a registerar. However, each time I try to do the transfer the panel rejects and says it is expired. My sedo technical advisor says it is renewed, also whois.com mentions it is renewed till Jul13.
What should I do!! Please, help and thanks in advance!

Hello Moemen, Part of the requirements for transferring a domain is to remove all privacy from the domain. It cannot be transferred as it is - it is not showing your name or address info and shows only the following: Registrant Contact Information : Domain Transfer Escrow Service Sedo GmbH transferservice@sedo.com Im Mediapark 6b Cologne 50670 49 22134030170 49 22134030109 You have to contact your current domain registrar and state that you are TRANSFERRING domain and that all of their information needs to come off the domain and your information must show. It's not possible to transfer without this being done. Understand, it's not REQUIRED that you transfer a domain, but you do have the right to do so,and your registrar cannot refuse it if you own the domain name. If you have problems you are welcome to file a grievance with ICANN (the international organization that governs internet names and registrars) - iccan.org.
