I got an email stating that my domain name transfer was complete, however, my domain is still pointing to my old host.

Hi blaine,

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. When you transfer a domain to Web Hosting Hub, that only transfers the management rights for that domain. You would still need to update the domain's nameservers to point the domain to your hosting account. Here's an article that you may find helpful:

Domain Transfers vs. Nameserver Changes

If you need further assistance please feel free to contact us.

Thanks!
