status restore backup

I am a new user. My old domain expires tomorrow. I would like confirmation that my backup has been restored or an ETA that it will be restored. I'm not too happy to discover support is confined to Mon-F 8 to 5, since support is the primary reason I brought my website here. (Sorry support person reading this -- I know that is not your fault but would you please pass it along?)
