Hello PaulRk,

I reviewed your account, and based on your Support Center info it appears that you do not have an account with our hosting service. This means that the information you seek may NOT be what you need. I can provide you general server information for email, but only with an account registered to our hosting. Typical ports for IMAP are 143 for non-SSL (for incoming) or 993 for SSL for incoming. If you were to use Pop3, then incoming for non-SSL is 110 and with SSL is 995. Default outgoing port for either is typically 25 with 465 using SSL (outgoing SMTP ports).

I hope this helps. You may need to consult with technical support for your hosting service in order to get their specific settings which might differ.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.

Hello PaulRk,

The answer that was previously posted was for a mail client making connections to a server. If you're using Roundcube webmail - you only have to use a browser on the phone and then type in the URL for connecting to Webmail. The only authentication issues are the user name and password. If you are asking about setting up an account, please contact our Sales department in order to have a hosting account created.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
