I don't receive emails from my webpage

I set up my website using Boldgrid and chose traditional email form as my comment form. I sent several test comments, I got "successful message" every time but I don't get the email in the target address that I specified. I check submissions and I do see the test comments.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issue with your contact form in your BoldGrid site. As this seems to be account specific, you will need to contact the Live Support team so they can look into your account and logs to track the emails and the behavior.
