Word Press Failure notification with Contact Form
When an email request is written into my contact page and sent, the above message is displayed along with the question "Are you sure you want to do this?"

If this question is not clear, the message which appears is "Word Press Failure"

Hello Carolyn, I checked the contact form, and it appears to be setup or coded incorrectly. I confirmed this by checking the code of the page, and found that the form action points to the anchor text on a page: <form action="#contact-form-7" This should be pointed to a script, instead of an anchor text. If this is a plugin/theme I recommend checking the settings again. If they are correct and it still does not work, then you may have to try a different Plugin/Theme.
