I took a close look at the site and I'm not getting any security errors. The problem though is that here, when I do a whois for the domain and check the DNS, it's not pointing to our servers. It's still pointed away. So when I try to review the site, it's probably not seeing it the way you're seeing it - at least not that I can tell. You may want to contact technical support for live support on the issue, so that Tier2 techs can take stock of the issue if necessary. I checked the notes, and the SSL was installed, but none of the IPs match with what is noted on the account. The reason it appears to be working here is because it is probably still at the old address. If you wish to continue pursuing the issue in Community Support, please send the screenshot to email@example.com. Otherwise, my recommendation would be to speak with technical support through phone or chat in order to get the issue resolved immediately.
