My first website, aargh!
All I want is to put up a website to play my YouTube video, to get some action to recover my stolen stuff. This isn't rocket science. Am I a complete idiot, or does everyone get frustrated when they first try to make a website?

Hello DenverTheft, Sorry to hear about the problems you're having! You have a LOT of options in how to approach building your website. I recommend either using the Premium Website Builder, or WordPress to quickly put up a site. You will need the "sharing" link that you can get from YouTube so that you can display your video. We do have a few tutorials that might help you along. Check out the following: The Builder program goes through the process of letting you pick your theme, adding the pages that will appear, and then you have to edit each page in order to add content. Wordpress is different in that it immediately creates a website based on the URL you give it using a default theme. Content appears based on pages and posts that you create. You can add a post with your video. If you intend to basically tell a story and keep up running dialog, then WordPress is probably the better suggestion.
