Troubleshooting contact page in Premium Website Builder

When creating a contact us page using host builder, there are Chinese characters. How do I change this so that they are English.

Hello viveyu,

I'm sorry you had trouble creating a contact form in the Premium Website Builder. I do not see any issues with the language of the form at this time, but I do see an error with the text of the Send button on the Contact page. I would recommend republishing your site from builder to resolve this issue.
