Thank you for your question. I checked on this and your Builder account was setup successfully. I reset the password for you, and emailed your specific login and password to your primary email address on file.
In the future, you can reset the builder password from AMP, select Details under Account & Billing, then on the bottom you will see:
• Builder Login
• Reset Builder Password
Select Reset Builder Password to create a new password.
We run linux on our servers, that is why the Builder says that. It will work on any operating system, since it runs on a web browser.
