My website: medicapharm.com (made with wordpress) gets down every day with no specific time of occurrence. I don't know what is that, it seems to be systemized.

A message appears saying:
Error establishing a database connection

When I contact technical support via support chat, it's resolved. This means I need a support chat a dew times each day!

I need an account review and this problem resolved as soon as possible because this is too much. I came for the great reputation the company has. I never expected such a thing when I signed up in web hosting hub.

For verification the last 4 digits of my card are: **** as in the support chat told me to do.
