The AWSTATS feature is often affected by loads on the website server. If the loads on the server are high, then precedence is given to the applications critical to running the server website. Stats programs that run directly on the server will be delayed and may sometimes get stuck when this happens. If you wish to have this immediately corrected, please contact live technical support and they can have your stats program re-started for you. You will need to verify the account with the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account, or with the Account Management Panel (AMP) password. When you contact live support they will be able to immediately help you with this particular issue.
