Browser problem

My web site shows fine in Mozilla Firefox and Windows Explorer browsers. Google Chrome, however, does not transfer the banner image that shows on the first page of the site. What shows in its place is a large unfilled grey area. Has anyone had the same problem? I've tried changing the image size but no luck.

Thanks

Hello Dfax,

In testing the template you are using, that particular one seems to have issues with Chrome. I used the default settings on my own account and Chrome get the same behavior.

While most templates work universally with all browsers, there are a few that have their quirks. The company that makes the builder will work to fix those in a future update.

In the meantime, the 'fix' would be to choose another template within the builder for your site.

Best Regards,
Scott M
