When some users try to access a page on the website they get this message:

Cache Access Denied.
Sorry, you are not currently allowed to request:

http://www.flitelinesoftware.com/airlineroster/otherURLhere.php from this cache until you have authenticated yourself.

What's going on here and how can I solve this?

Regards,

Ron

Hello RonWon,

Research on the error indicates that you are having trouble when trying to access the site via proxy. If you are not attempting to access via a proxy, it is possible your browser settings are still looking for one. You will want to check this setting for whichever browser you are using to connect. Below are a few links to help you with that.

Changing proxy settings in FireFox

Changing proxy settings in Google Chrome

Changing proxy settings in IE 9

Changign proxy settings in Safari

Best Regards,
