I got this when trying to load the site.

The site cannot be published to the specified location.
The specified site location does not have ionCube Loader support. Please contact the server administrator.

We recently were hacked and the site was quarantined. How do we start again?

Hello mgbcolo,

I have renamed your php.ini file to php.ini.hold and given you a default php.ini file that activates the ioncube support.

Please try to load your site once more. If you are still having errors, you will want to contact our support department (open 24/7) with the information about the issue. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

Best Regards,
Scott M
