I can no longer access the sites I have hosted with yourselves.

I received an "error establishing a database connection" a few hours ago, which seemed to resolve itself. My site was then up fine, but has again gone down in the last hour. It simply throws up the "oops! Google Chrome couldn't access etc etc" error. This was my first problem.

I then attempted to login to my cPanel and was prompted for a password (not usually the case), and had my password rejected. I then hit the "reset password" option under work in your control panel and entered a new password. It said the password had been changed, but upon trying to login with the new password it told me it was incorrect again.

I'm getting pretty worried, but do have a backup of my site that I took when it intermittently returned. Hopefully we can find a speedy resolution to one of my problems at least, in the course of the next few hours.

I have exactly the same problem. I was notified by a friend that my website would not load, and indeed it will not. I got the same "couldn't establish connection" error when I tried to republish. And I also cannot log into my control panel - password rejection!
I am panic-stricken but somewhat reassured to see I'm not the only one.
