When i try to connect to our server from "transmit," my FTP program, i get the error that reads as follows:
"Server said: I won't open a connection to 10.1.85.129 (only to 209.129.29.2)

Error -162: PORT failed"

We recently moved to a new facility, could this be an ISP issue?

Hello,

Sorry to hear about your FTP problems. The error message is indicating that your port maybe blocked. Here's an article that provides the typical FTP settings. It's possible that your firewall or the ISP is blocking the port. Check with their support (or your local IT person) for further assistance with the port blocking issue.

I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Regards,
Arnel C.
