I can enter in the general site of my admin page, but not into the shop. I'm blocked now more than 24 hours. I reported the problem, suggested to unblock my IP, but I didn't get an answer. This is the well known text I can read:
Joomla Login Temporarily Disabled
Due to a high number of failed login attempts, access to /administrator/index.php has been blocked by Mod Security.
For more information please review our Support Center article on the topic:
http://www.webhostinghub.com/help/news/general/rising-brute-force-attacks-on-joomla.

It didn't make any difference changing my user name with password. Still the same text. I need to work. I don't have my web site for fun. It is essential for me to get in. So please, do something positive about it. I prefer rather no protection from your side than always this problem not being able to get into my own web site. It is now the 2nd time I face this problem.
Have a nice day!

Hello,

Sorry to hear that you're having problems with logging into the website. However, the best course of action to immediately regain access is to contact our live technical support team via phone/voice/email. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you wish to help stop the brute force issues on your site, please make sure to follow the steps given in the how to protect your Joomla dashboard from brute force attacks. This will help stop the problems you're having with the login. At this point in time, I will pass along your account information to the live support team so that they can take care of the login issue for you. In the future, if this happens again, please contact the live support team for immediate action.

Regards,
Arnel C.
