Hi, trying to get my wordpress site moved over from godaddy to Webhostinghub.

What I’ve done so far:
Installed wordpress
Copied the files from godaddy into the www folder on webhub using ftp
Installed mysql and imported the database.

Not seeing anything on the temp url, just HTTP 500 internal server error.
Not sure what to do next.

Thanks

Hello magnum11,

I'm sorry you had trouble migrating your WordPress site. While looking into this, I see that our Support Team was able to help you resolve the 500 error by adding your database user to the database. I also found that your domain was just pointed to our Nameservers and will need 4-24 hours for DNS to propagate and be fully pointed. In the meantime, I have made a change to your WordPress configuration file so that you can view and work with your site through your temporary URL. Once DNS has propagated, you can remove the two lines similar to these in your wp-config.php file:

define('WP_HOME', 'http://whub30.webhostinghub.com/~~userna5');
define('WP_SITEURL', 'http://whub30.webhostinghub.com/~~userna5');

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
