Why are my sites unavailable?

I've been trying to access my websites for the past 2-3 hours, and they all say "this website is currently unavailable". I can't access cpanel either. I noticed it says "Website Suspended" in the title tag for all sites, but I've received no e-mails or notices about a suspension, and haven't done anything to warrant one (according to the page about suspensions). Is there an issue with the server or did my account really get suspended?

Thanks!

Hello Kcheng168,

The "website suspended" notice is genuine. We unfortunately cannot deal with the suspension issue in the Support Center. You will need to contact live technical support (as per the notice on your site) through the phone, email and chat. Make sure that you provide verification for the account - last 4 digits of the credit card or the AMP password.
