The backups for your account are automatically done by our systems team every 24-36 hours for those on the Automated service, so there is no set up needed from your end.
As the backups are stored elsewhere, to have the backup restored, requires a backup restoration request. To do that, you would need to contact our support department (open 24/7) with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
