Apologies for the headaches with resetting the Builder password. If you tried to reset the password using the Account Management Panel (AMP) and it did not work, then you will need to contact live technical support. Before you do that though, make sure that you are using the correct USER NAME. It's based on the cPanel user name - not your AMP login email address. Using the wrong user name will appear as a password issue as well.
We cannot reset the Builder password through the Support Center. However, you can contact our live support team 24/7. The contact information for support can be found here or you can scroll down to the bottom of the page. Live support can quickly have the password reset if needed.
