Hello Intuswindows, and thanks for the question.

We'll probably need just a bit more info from you in order to give you the full steps in the process. But essentially if you have a backup of your Joomla database, typically you just need to do a fresh Joomla install on our server, then restore that database data over-top of the new install.

If you created the Joomla backup on our server using Softaculous, here are instructions for restoring that:
