Are you wanting to cancel the hosting account or are you needing the account reset as a new account? If you are cancelling the account, our support will need this request in writing. You will want to email the request to email@example.com.
If you want the account reset to a new account, our support can do that as well. Send the request to the same email, firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure you verify the account in the email with the current AMP password or the last 4 of the credit card on file.
