I unfortunately cannot tell how you are logging in to the account so that we can determine if there is a problem. Also, all discussions on the Support Center are public. You will want to keep your login information private. So, my suggestion to you is to contact live support for quick assistance on the issue. You will need to verify the account using either the last 4 digits of your credit card or the Account Management Panel (AMP) password. They can help you resolve it very quickly.
Please remember that the CPANEL does NOT use the same user name as your AMP login. And the passwords will typically be different as well. If you are using the correct user name and password, then only live support will be able to verify this and provide a quick resolution.
