Since the beginning of 2017, any changes I make to our Yum-Yum Snack Shop
website have not shown up on our public pages. It seems I can log in successfully to my admin page, make changes, and save them - but they don't appear on the actual public pages. Web Hosting said the reason is b/c they changed servers. But I still can't figure out how to make my changes 'stick.' I must be missing an obvious step to 'link/recognize' my efforts on Joomla. Please help! I don't like having out-of-date info on our website.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your site changes. You will definitely need to ensure you are logging into the right server for your changes to display. However, if you are logging in via the website, then you should be on the right server. Your server move does not coincide with the first of the year, so the issue you describe would have been happenign before the move.

Are you not able to see the new changes on different browsers, computers, or networks? Do you have any caching plugins running? Have you cleared the browser cache or plugin cache to refresh it?

If you still wish to check on server information, you will need to contact Live Support. We are unfortunately not able to discuss account specific details here in the public forum area.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
