Sorry to hear you are having trouble, but it is necessary for us to require verification for account access, to protect the owners. If you can regain access to AMP (Account Management Panel), you will have full control of your account. I sent an AMP information email to the gmail address associated with your account. Also, if you have access to the email address associated with the acount, you can recover your AMP password. If you have a record/receipt of any payments you made to us, it should include the last 4 of the credit card. This can be used for verifying ownership of your account with us. You may have to search your email for "webhostinghub" to find older receipts. Otherwise, you can contact Live Support, and they can try to make a phone call out to the number on file for the account, or possibly discuss other options.
