We're not using any programming in this issue. The problem is that you installed Wordpress specifically to the path you indicated above:
Wordpress uses this definition to get to the installation. If you want to change it to something else - this can be done, but you have to change a few things. Here are the instructions FROM Wordpress on making this change. Again, this is NOT using a programming language -you're just making changes in text.
