Favicon not showing

Hi Guys,

I created my favicon and uploaded it to the public_html folder. It is not showing up. Should it be in a specific place in the folder? It is not obvious to me if it should be in one of the images folders or not. (I am using WordPress)

Hello Wendra,

I see you are using the Zen Cart program for your site. In researching the method for adding the favicon, all sources say that the icon simply needs to be uploaded to the root folder for your store. If you are using the ZenCart with your primary domain name as it appears, you will want to load that up to the public_html directory.
