I am able to log onto my site and get the wordpress toolbar across the top but if I click on any of the options such as dashboard, add new post etc.. I just get a 'page not found' error.

The domain in question is a subdomain with wordpress. Other sites including other subdomains appear to be working correctly.

Hello Ema,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your WordPress site. While page not found errors are usually due to an issue with the site's Permalink structure, you will want to start with changing to the default theme and disabling all plugins. Step-by-step instructions for how to do both are covered here in our WordPress Troubleshooting article.

Once you have switched to the default theme and/or disabled any plugins, if the issue continues try changing your Permalinks to something different, save the changes, then change the Permalinks back and save again.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any additional assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
