How to move my site to Wordpress and not to lose content

I have a site on Webhosting. I decided to use Wordpress. How to move my site to Wordpress and not to lose content and all links. Should I copy every page by the hands or is it possible to do it automatically.

Hello,

Thank you for your question on moving site content to WordPress. I see the site is created in FrontPage. You will need to copy the content by hand to your new WordPress site, creating pages, posts, and categories along the way.
