Mobile Device Nav Menu Quit Showing
I realized last night that on any mobile device, the navigation menu will not show. It was showing 2 weeks ago when I last looked at my website on my tablet and cellphone. When it was working, when my tablet was up and narrow, and on my cellphone which is small, the menu would turn into a drop down of black boxes from the top left corner. Now there is nothing. My menu says Shop Soaps Bedding Baby Quilts Cart etc...

Hello, Sorry to hear you're having problems with the nav menu. It does appear that your menu is coming from Woocommerce. It's very possible that you loaded a plugin that is causing the nav menu not to work. Or you may need to re-load it. I would recommend that you go through your plugins and disable them one at a time to determine where the conflict lies. The nav bar for mobile devices is coming from a third-party plugin which may require their support if you're getting a conflict which cannot be resolved. Start by turning OFF (deactivating) the plugins that you only recently loaded. Sorry that we can't provide a direct answer on this, but the issue is most likely is due to conflicting plugins. Try to disable the plugins and check to make sure when (or if) the nav menu re-appears. Kindest regards, Arnel C. |
