My wordpress Stuck at Database Update Required

My wordpress asked for Update , and when i updated it stuck at Database Update Required after that i coudlnt do anything even after restarting my computer or cleaning my browser cookies but still the same ,

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your WordPress Database upgrade loop. I did some research and this seems to be a bug in the core. There should be a fix as of WordPress version 4.2.3 (next release). In the meantime, I see there has been no content added to your site, so you may want to uninstall and then reinstall your WordPress via Softaculous.
