purchasing problem on site

I am creating my word press site through Web Hosting Hub with a purchased O Box Theme and a Woo Commerce Plugin and when you click purchase now on an item in my shop, it will not move to cart as it should. I have contacted O Box Themes and been assured that their theme work with both wp and Woo commerce. Please Advise

Thank you for contacting us. Woo commerce works on our servers, and we actually recommend it as a shopping cart option.

We are happy to help you troubleshoot the problem, but will need some additional information to help narrow it down.

Is this the first time you are setting up Woo Commerce? or was this working before and suddenly stopped?

Are you getting any errors?

Can you provide a link to the shopping cart? (The URL you provided privately is pasword protected).
