I apologize for this basic question, but here goes.
How can I find out if WordPress is installed in the Site Root of my website?
I have changed the Settings Privacy Screen option to ask Search Engines not to index the site and see that this is only effective if WordPress is installed in the Site Root.

Hello none,

Thank you for your question regarding doc root location. Here is a link to a helpful article that explains the document root further. The site root of your primary domain is the public_html folder. The doc root for addon domains, are: public_html/name of the addon domain.

You can typically confirm Wordpress is installed in the doc root, by looking at the domain. For instance, if wordpress loads on:
domain.com
Then it is most likely installed on the doc root.

If wordpress loads on:
domain.com/folder1/
Then, it is not installed in the doc root, but instead in a subfolder called folder1.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
