The Pages editor is one of the main areas that you will be using when working with BoldGrid to create a website. BoldGrid provides two main locations for saving a website: Active and Staging. The Pages Development Group helps you to identify which site your pages belong to. The following article shows you how the different groups that will appear.

Development Page Groups

  • All Pages showing development group Draft example highlighted

    When you create a draft of a page and save it, you will see the article labeled as Draft in the Development Groups column on the screen listing all of the pages. Pages saved as drafts are not published and will not be seen on the site.

  • All Pages showing development group Active and Staging examples highlighted

    Pages can be published to either your Active or Staging site and will be visible when viewing those locations. The other group types indicated in the Development Group column include Active and Staging.
