In this tutorial we will show you how to view the logs for application exceptions & emails sent in Concrete5. This can assist you in narrowing down the cause while troubleshooting issues, by showing you in list form what occurred, and when.

How to View Application Exceptions & Emails Sent:

  1. You must have Logging enabled prior to reviewing the logs.
  2. Login to your Concrete5 Dashboard.
  3. Click the Dashboard button on top, this will bring up the Dashboard menu.
  4. Under the Reports section, select Logs.
    This will bring up and display the generated logs, along with the type of log, date and time, and the user's group.
