Ensure that you are checking the email address that is associated with your AMP account. Typically, this was defined when you first created the account and is used to log into AMP. If you are checking that email address but do not see the email, you may need to ensure that it is not being marked as spam.

Also, when recovering the password, ensure that you are entering the correct email address which would be:
mcafee-admin@YOURDOMAINHERE.com

I ordered McAfee email protection, tried to follow the instructions for activating it, but when I get to the Select Domain step, there is no domain listed in the drop-down box. I'm stuck. I've read your instructions, but am unable to active the service.

Hello Jack,

Thank you for contacting us. The message you are seeing "No McAfee Protected Domains Found" is because McAfee protection has not been enabled yet.

I confirmed in your cPanel, that your primary domain is listed next to the Domain: drop-down.

If you do not see it, you may have to clear your cache and test again.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
