If you happen to have emails that are getting blocked by SpamExperts that are not spam, you can report them to help SpamExperts become more efficient. This will help those emails not be classified as spam in the future. In this article, we will demonstrate how to report spam email as false positives in your SpamExperts dashboard.

Using the Report Not Spam Tool

  1. Log into your SpamExperts account control panel.
  2. Click on Spam Quarantine Spam.
  3. Click on the Subject link for the email that is not spam.
  4. Click on Report Spam.
  5. Click on Download as .eml.
  6. Select the Save File button and click OK to save it to your local machine.
  7. Click on Dashboard.
  8. Click on Browse.
  9. Select the file from your local machine and click Save.
  10. Click Upload.

After the file is uploaded you should get a green confirmation message saying it was successfully sent.
