At times you may need to update an order's status, for example you may need to cancel an order, or change it to Refunded.
In this tutorial, we will show you how to update an order's status in VirtueMart.
Update an Order's Status:
- Login to the Joomla admin panel.
- In the navigation menu, roll your mouse over the Components option, then click VirtueMart.
- On the VirtueMart menu, click the Orders & Shoppers option, then click the Orders option.
- You will see your orders listed, find the one you want to update the status of. Under the Status heading click the drop-down box and select your new status.
Options are: Pending, Confirmed by shopper, Confirmed, Cancelled, Refunded, and Shipped.
- After making your selection, click the Update Order Status button to save the changes. You will see a notification stating "1 order(s) have been updated"
