On rare occasions, Web Hosting Hub may be forced to suspend a hosting account. There are a few issues that can cause a site to be suspended. The majority of the time a site is suspended, it can be brought back online if the cause of the suspension is addressed.
If your hosting is up for renewal and we are not able to charge the card we have on file, then the account may be suspended pending payment. You can view your renewal dates, update a credit card, and make a payment from AMP:
While Web Hosting Hub does not limit each account's bandwidth or disk usage, the amount of CPU usage each account uses is monitored. On rare occasions, if your hosting account is causing excessive server loads, and affects other accounts on the server, then the account will be temporarily suspended while we work with you for a solution to help bring the usage back down to a normal level. Copyrighted material, and adult content are not permitted to be hosted at Web Hosting Hub. If such content is found on an account, the account may be suspended until the content is removed. Our full Terms of Service can be reviewed here.
With most supsensions you are required to contact support, so that we can take the steps necessary to get your site online again.
