Cancel a request for web hosting

Hi,
I already have a web hosting panel (croedi) .
But I just recently requested for another one whose status is pending. Therefore, I want to know if I can cancel it.

Hello Robert,

You can certainly cancel the pending request. To do so, you would need to contact our sales department (open 24/7) with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. The faster option on the page would be to give them call if possible.
