Removal of renewing serverice

I would like to remove the renewing of worldsendsh.com for the domain and the web hosting and I am very displeased that I do not have an option to do this.

Hello XC,

We do not have that option available for domains due to many people canceling and losing their domain names by mistake. For hosting, auto-renewal is part of the terms and conditions of service. You can certainly have the account cancelled. This takes an active effort in the form of a request in order to do.
