I recently re-registered (paid for) the domain - thefingerblog.com. I accidentally let domain registration lapse for about a month. I am trying to log into the control panel, but I keep receiving an incorrect password error, even though I have reset the password several times. Could you please advise on how to log in. I believe that my account is fully paid up now.

Hi skd8h,

Thank you for contacting us regarding logging into cPanel. We apologize for any inconvenience, the automatic account setup could not be completed due to a DNS conflict. This has been corrected for you and your new account has been created on the server. Please check for the email I have just sent with your new cPanel password.

If you have any questions or need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Regards,

Christi N.
