AWStats dont update

When I click 'update now' the answer is:

Error: Log is currently being processed in the background. Cannot update.

For this reason, I think, since sep 22th there are no data.

Sorry for the trouble with the AwStats not running. When the server is processing the stats, the update wont go through. Unfortunately, because the server is shared with quite a few other users, the stats can take some time to process. Unfortunately, the only thing that can be done is to wait for the server to finish processing them. You can try contacting support by chat, phone (1-888-321-4678 ext 2), or by email (support@inmotionhosting.com) to see if they can stop the current process. Our Higher level of support will need to look into that. Sorry for the inconvenience.
