Can't log into cPanel

Hello,
I bought a domain name two days ago but now I am unable to log on to my cpanel. I get asked for my password over and over again by the cpanel page, even though I checked my signup form carefully and it is the correct password. I also made sure caps lock was off. How can this issue be resolved?

Hi liana,

Sorry about the login issue you're having, I'm sure we can get this resolved for you quickly.

1. Be sure you are entering your cPanel username all lowercase

If that does not help, I recommend reviewing this article:
What is the Difference between cPanel and AMP?

At the very end of the article, there are links that will help you reset your cPanel password.

That should do it, but let me know if you need any further help at all!
