Can't login to control panel?

I can't login to my control panel even after changing the password. No matter what I do, it simply says invalid password. I've experienced this in the past, too - is there a workaround? Thanks!

Hello vashoom,

Changing the password should allow you access to your control panel. If you are still experiencing the issue, please contact our support department directly so we can reset it manually and ensure you are able to gain access. We can then also check to see why your reset is not working.
