can\\\'t open directory through file manager

I haven't been able to open my directory (through file manager) all day. It keeps hanging on "Fetching directory contents..." Is something up?

Hello evie5, and thank you for your question.

This problem should no longer be happening for you, and I have verified this by logging into your account and testing it out myself.

I did notice that there was a brief 2-3 minute load spike on the server earlier this morning, and that might have possibly caused the issue you were seeing.

If you continue to have any issues at all like this please let us know so that we can ensure they stop for you.
