I receive the following message from Google Chrome when I try to access the site for cpanel:

"You attempted to reach ehub23.webhostinghub.com, but the server presented a certificate issued by an entity that is not trusted by your computer's operating system."

Twitter has also notified me that emails are not being accepted by the account.

Hello Total, and thank you for your question.

I talked to our system administration department and had this issue resolved for you.

It looks like the shared SSL certificate was setup on the server, but it wasn't properly assigned for the cPanel service itself. It would have still allowed you in by bypassing the SSL warning, but it should be fully fixed now.

If you try to go to the URL http://ehub23.webhostinghub.com/cpanel it should automatically redirect you to https://secure23.webhostinghub.com:2083 and you shouldn't get any further SSL warnings in your web browser.

Please let us know if you're still having any issues.
